June’s Mandarin and Cultural Adventure Group brought the Dragon Boat Festival to life with storytelling, language practice, and hands-on creativity! Children explored the legend of Qu Yuan, learned about the many types of zongzi, practised Chinese strokes and Hanyu Pinyin, and crafted their own miniature dragon boats with tiny dumplings.
June’s Simply V Cooking Class featured two flavourful vegetarian dishes—crispy, golden Vegetarian Sausage Rolls and rich, savoury Braised Eggplant. It was another joyful session filled with delicious aromas and warm community connection.
